After a long wait a good role seems to have come Preeti Jhangiani’s way finally.

Preeti, who was last seen in Baaz – A Bird in Danger, will play the female lead in producer Mahesh Kenge's film titled Ssrot - The Source of Life.

Ssrot will be a semi-realistic film inspired by the legendary astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who has Lou Gehrig's Syndrome.

Newcomers Kamal and Harish will wield the megaphone for the movie.

Preeti’s hero in the film will be Shailendra Gaur, who essayed the title role in Ved Rahi's Veer Savarkar.
